dokuki’s Warranty Terms (End Consumer)

  1. 1 (one) year Standard Warranty shall apply to products listed in the “Products applicable for warranty” list sold by dokuki and its authorized retailers in Singapore.
  2. Warranty does not apply to parallel imported products and products sold through unauthorized sales channels.
  3. If Extended Warranty was purchased by the Customer through the dokuki official website or other e-commerce sales channels officially operated by dokuki (such as the dokuki official store on Shopee or Lazada), the length of Extended Warranty purchased shall apply on top of the length of Standard Warranty.
  4. The Customer shall register Warranty for their product within 14 days from the date of original purchase on the Warranty Registration form.
  5. Warranty shall be exclusive to the Customer that submitted the Warranty Registration form and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owners of the Product.
  6. In the event of a Warranty Claim, the Customer shall submit a request on the contact form (https://dokuki.com/contact) with the full name, email address, and phone number they had submitted on the Warranty Form, and provide information, photos, and/or videos of the problem.
  7. dokuki reserves the right to reject a Warranty Claim if insufficient proof of purchase is furnished by the Customer, or if it is determined that the Product falls under the provisions outlined in Annex A.
  8. Repair and Collection are strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
  9. Warranty does not cover transport and shipping of the Product.
  10. The repaired Product will continue to be covered under the remaining Warranty period or for 30 days starting from the date of Collection, whichever is longer.
  11. In the event the Product is no longer covered under Warranty and requires Repair, dokuki shall provide Repair at a fee inclusive of labor and parts to the Customer.
  12. Parts and components used to repair the Product are at the sole discretion of dokuki, substitute or equivalent parts and components from other products may be used depending on availability.
  13. The Warranty Terms are subject to changes without prior notice.

Annex A

The warranty does not apply:

  • If the product has been modified from its original condition;
  • If a non-genuine component, part, or piece has been used in any part of the product;
  • If the product has not been used in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual;
  • If the serial number and/or product label has been removed, modified, or defaced;
  • To damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, theft, spillage, water, fire, lightning, freezing,  insufficient or excess power supply, power failure, pests, transportation, or improper or inadequate maintenance;
  • To damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider;
  • To damages or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, use in housing projects, use outside Singapore, or any use for which the product is not intended for;
  • To damages or defects for filters, bulbs, indicator lights and finishing;
  • To damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product;
  • To damages caused by an Act of War or Act of God.
