AirFanta Wear will join AirFanta’s innovative line of laminar air purifiers, offering users a high level of personal protection from airborne pollutants such as allergens, viruses, and PM2.5. This is the first time a laminar air purifier has been created in a wearable form factor, allowing users to enjoy clean air hands free anytime, anywhere.

What makes AirFanta Wear so special is its laminar flow technology – filtered air exits the air outlet through a highly laminar flow, ensuring that when the air reaches the user’s face, it is still 98% to 100% cleaner than surrounding air. The air outlet can be freely adjusted in three different ways to suit your needs.

Who should use AirFanta Wear?

Anyone who wishes to reduce their exposure to harmful pollutants in the air, especially in places with poor air quality and bad ventilation, should use AirFanta Wear. Here are some examples:

AirFanta Wear is powered by the same Laminar Flow Technology used in AirFanta 4Lite and AirFanta mini, alongside new and innovative improvements to its fan and motor.

With Laminar Flow Technology, the air in the user’s breathing space is 98% to 100% cleaner* than the user’s surroundings. Low speed is recommended when the user’s face is 0 to 10 cm away from the air outlet, and high speed should be used when the user’s face is over 10 cm away.

2. Three different ways of using AirFanta Wear

AirFanta Wear features a flexible and adjustable air outlet, allowing the user to enjoy clean air in different scenarios and settings.

1. Direct Mode – In Direct Mode, the air outlet is positioned directly in front of the user’s face, delivering clean air directly to their nose and mouth. Direct Mode offers the best protection.
2. Side Mode – Side Mode is similar to Direct Mode, but the air outlet is positioned and slightly titled at the user’s left or right cheek, allowing them to eat or drink while enjoying clean air. Side Mode offers the second highest protection.
3. Upward Mode – In Upward Mode, the air outlet is positioned at the user’s chin facing upward, providing full, unobstructed access to their face (such as for taking photos) while enjoying clean air. Upward Mode offers the least protection compared to the other two modes.

3. Miniaturized centrifugal fan

AirFanta Wear features a miniaturized centrifugal fan, allowing it to deliver a higher percentage of clean air compared to other laminar air purifiers.

Centrifugal fans are primarily used in industrial machines called FFU (Fan Filter Unit). These are large air purifiers designed to deliver laminar flow from the ceiling in places like cleanrooms and BSL laboratories, which require the air to be as clean as possible.

4. Designed for comfort

AirFanta Wear was designed to be used comfortably over long periods of time. The weight of the device is spread across the user’s chest and shoulders, ensuring that it doesn’t strain the neck.
