Warranty Terms (Commercial)
This page displays the full warranty terms (commercial) for products distributed by dokuki in Singapore.
Commercial warranty shall apply to products sold and invoiced to legal entities (companies, sole proprietorships, partnerships, etc) and organizations (government entities, NGOs, charities, etc) for commercial use. Products purchased by end consumers and used for commercial purposes are not entitled to commercial warranty.

dokuki’s Warranty Terms (Commercial)
- 3 (three) month Standard Warranty shall apply to products listed in the “Products applicable for warranty” list sold by dokuki and its authorized retailers in Singapore.
- Warranty does not apply to parallel imported products and products sold through unauthorized sales channels.
- If Extended Warranty was purchased by the Customer through dokuki, the length of Extended Warranty purchased shall apply on top of the length of Standard Warranty.
- Commercial Warranty shall start from the date of original purchase stated on the Invoice.
- Warranty shall be exclusive to the Customer on the Invoice and cannot be transferred to any subsequent owners of the Product.
- In the event of a Warranty Claim, the Customer shall email their dokuki representative or submit a request on the contact form (https://dokuki.com/contact) with their legal entity name, full name, email address, phone number, invoice/receipt number (from dokuki or its authorized retailers), as well as a link to a PDF file or photo of the invoice/receipt (if the Product was purchased through an authorized retailer), and provide information, photos, and/or videos of the problem.
- dokuki reserves the right to reject a Warranty Claim if insufficient proof of purchase is furnished by the Customer, or if it is determined that the Product falls under the provisions outlined in Annex A.
- By default, Repair and Collection are strictly by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
- Repair and Collection may be arranged through other means, such as collecting the Product at the Customer’s premises, at a Fee.
- Warranty does not cover transport and shipping of the Product.
- The repaired Product will continue to be covered under the remaining Warranty period or for 30 days starting from the date of Collection, whichever is longer.
- In the event the Product is no longer covered under Warranty and requires Repair, dokuki shall provide Repair at a fee inclusive of labor and parts to the Customer.
- Parts and components used to repair the Product are at the sole discretion of dokuki, substitute or equivalent parts and components from other products may be used depending on availability.
- The Warranty Terms are subject to changes without prior notice.
Annex A
The warranty does not apply:
- If the product has been modified from its original condition;
- If a non-genuine component, part, or piece has been used in any part of the product;
- If the product has not been used in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual;
- If the serial number and/or product label has been removed, modified, or defaced;
- To damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, theft, spillage, water, fire, lightning, freezing, insufficient or excess power supply, power failure, pests, transportation, or improper or inadequate maintenance;
- To damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider;
- To damages or defects occurring during rental use, use in housing projects, use outside Singapore, or any use for which the product is not intended for;
- To damages or defects for filters, bulbs, indicator lights and finishing;
- To damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product;
- To damages caused by an Act of War or Act of God.
